Grounded

A one-day mindful running retreat · Chattanooga, TN

Be where your feet are.

For runners and trail folk who want a more reflective relationship with movement.

Ages 18 and up.

The idea

A day to move your body, quiet your mind, and feel connected to yourself, others, and the ground beneath you.

The value is already here. Grounded is a set of doorways into presence, slowness, and connection, held in one day, on trails and in places close to home.

Connection

To yourself, to the people beside you, and to the place you're standing in.

Integration

Movement and stillness in the same day. A guided trail run sits alongside restorative yoga, forest bathing, and a closing tea ceremony.

Local

Local trails, local partners, and local people.
