Your Zone of Optimal Performance (ZOP) is the mental and emotional state where you feel and compete at your best. Fully present, clear, and grounded in who you are as a competitor. Every athlete has their own story and their own zone. Most have never been taught how to find it, name it, or return to it when it slips away. That is what The Program is built around.

The Program is a six-session, mindfulness-based mental performance experience.

The first four sessions each focus on one of the four foundations that shape how you perform (mindfulness, emotion regulation, goal-setting, & focus). The final two sessions bring it all together into your personal ZOP, a document that describes your zone state, your toolkit, your values, and your why. Something you can own, return to, modify as you learn more about yourself, and integrate far beyond your athletic endeavors.

Between sessions, you have access to your own digital ZOP tool with guided practices, reflection prompts, and resources tailored to what you are working on.
