The Foundational Focus Package is the starting point for all new clients. This program lays the groundwork for mental performance by teaching the “Big 4” mental skills: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Goal-Setting, and Focus.

Here’s what it includes:

  • Initial setup session to create your individual plan and get started on the online platform

  • Four weekly 45-minute one-on-one sessions (one after each module) tailored to your unique experiences and needs

  • Three monthly follow-up sessions to support ownership of your mental skills, provide space for reflection, and make adjustments as you put your plan into action

  • Exclusive access to online learning modules with guided education, activities, and resources

  • A workbook to reinforce learning and track progress

  • Ongoing support through a secure chat platform for questions and check-ins

This package ensures every athlete builds lasting mental skills while also learning how to apply them in real life. The monthly check-ins create enough space for growth and practice while providing guided support to stay on track. At the end of the package, we will meet (with parents if applicable) to reflect and determine the next steps for continued growth.
