


Youth Mental Skills Package (Ages 9–14)
This package is designed to give younger athletes a fun, hands-on introduction to the mental side of sports. Over six 30-minute sessions, athletes learn one core mental skill each week, from managing nerves to building focus, through games, interactive exercises, and guided practice. Each session starts with a light, engaging check-in to make it enjoyable and age-appropriate.
