Mindfulness-based support for athletes working through an injury or setback.
Much of what shifts doesn't show up on a scan or a rehab plan. If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone in it.
Training gave your days their shape. When that's gone, the structure goes with it, and the time can feel heavy.
If you're known as an athlete first, being sidelined can leave a quiet question underneath: who am I right now?
Timelines are uncertain, and so is how you'll feel when you get there. Pressure to hurry rarely helps.
There's no comeback to plan and no timeline to beat.
You don't have to be positive or have it figured out.
The only job is to work with what's actually here.
The Reset gives you a place to do that.
Sessions start wherever you are. Some days that's frustration with the process. Some days it's fear about what comes next, or just feeling flat. All of it is welcome here, and none of it needs to be fixed by a certain date.
The Reset draws on the same foundations as my other work: mindfulness, emotion regulation, and self-awareness. Here they point at a different question. Not "how do I perform?" but "how am I doing, and what do I want from here?"
You set the pace. If you decide you want to talk through next steps, we can. If you'd rather not think about that yet, we won't.
The Reset is coaching, not medical care or therapy. It works alongside your doctor, physical therapist, or counselor, not in place of them.
That's fine. You can book a single session with no commitment beyond it, and we'll see what's useful from there.
